This really is a place where you can unwind in this tranquil setting or by exploring the town which is only a couple of minutes walk up the Ramparts or the surrounding area with its’ rolling Burgundy countryside scattered with little villages & castles.

Living...Spacious entrance way opening up to stairs to first floor & beyond. There is a vast well appointed open plan kitchen and dining for 6. Adjacent is a luxuriously airy lounge with Burgundy fireplace, various seating areas & bureau where you will be able to keep in touch with the hi-speed internet access whilst enjoying the ambience of the old and new. There is an Ipod docking station available for your favorite music you just can't do without on holiday. French doors open up onto the private covered terrace.

Sleeping...There is a large King Sized double en-suite bedroom on the first floor. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms, one with large double the other with two singles, and both with modern en-suite bathrooms.

Outdoor...You will find extensive grounds leading to woodland & the River where you can enjoy a picnic or a stroll. There is also a heated swimming pool & terrace for the enjoyment of residents & guests. A private covered parking bay is also available for guest use.
